Affordable ISP Proxies and Affordable Residential Proxies, Beside the $4 Line
Our main product is a 4G or 5G carrier line for $4 or $5 a day. Some jobs want something else: a fixed address that never changes for months, or a little data spread across many countries. For those we sell two more products in the same dashboard, at prices that fit the rest of our list. Affordable ISP proxies are fixed IPv4 addresses owned by US carriers and cable companies, from $2.10 per IP a month, sold ten at a time. Affordable residential proxies are data through household connections in 190-plus countries at $2 per GB, and a shared mobile pool at $10 per GB sits beside them. This page explains both plainly, with the prices, so you can tell in a minute which one, if either, you need.
Static ISP proxies: the price table
Each row is one network owner. An ISP proxy from the AT&T Native row costs $4 per IP a month, the AT&T Fresh, Comcast Native, Frontier Native, RCN Fresh, DTAG Fresh and Orange Fresh rows cost $2.40 per IP a month, and the T-Mobile Legacy row is $2.10 per IP a month; the Telus row is listed but sold out. US rows route through Virginia; DTAG reads as the UK and Orange as France. Minimum ten IPs per order, terms of one, three, six or twelve months.
- Term: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months
- Login: username and password / IP whitelist / SOCKS5
- One login per order
- Order size: 10 IPs and up
Residential and mobile data: the two per-GB cards
Residential proxy data is $2 per GB through household connections in 190-plus countries, targeted by country, state, city or ASN, sticky for up to 30 minutes or a new address per request. The mobile pool is $10 per GB through shared real 4G and 5G phones, targeted by country, state or city. Data never expires, you top up any time, and auto top-up can refill when under a tenth remains.

Three products, one sentence each
A carrier line is one SIM in one device, yours alone, with unlimited data, from $4 a day on 4G; it is the right buy for identity work and for any day with real volume. An ISP proxy is a fixed IPv4 address owned by a US carrier or cable company, routed through Virginia, unchanged for the whole term, sold ten or more at a time from $2.10 per IP a month; it is the right buy when the address must never move. Residential data is gigabytes spent through household connections anywhere in 190-plus countries at $2 per GB, with a new address per request if you want one; it is the right buy for breadth across many places with light traffic.
The mobile pool is the fourth thing on the Buy Proxy page and the one most often confused with our line. It is shared phones by the gigabyte at $10 per GB, useful for touching many carrier addresses in many regions in a short time. It is not a dedicated line, and for a heavy day of traffic our $4 4G line is far cheaper.
What an ISP order includes
You choose a row, a quantity of ten or more, and a term of one, three, six or twelve months. The order arrives as one login for all the addresses in it: a username and password, or an IP whitelist, with HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 available. The addresses do not change during the term. Auto-renew is optional. If you extend, the per-IP price you started with stays; if you remove the order early, the remaining time is not refunded, which is the one place our resale terms are stricter than our line terms. US rows exit through Virginia, so a geolocation lookup places them there regardless of which network owns the address.
The owner matters more than the city for ISP work. A Comcast Native or AT&T Native ISP address reads to a website as a home broadband customer of that company, which is the point of the product. The DTAG Fresh and Orange Fresh rows are the same idea for the UK and France.
What a residential or mobile data order includes
You buy gigabytes, and the dashboard generates proxy endpoints aimed at a country and optionally a state, city or, for residential, an ASN. Each request can take a new address, or you can hold one for up to 30 minutes. Data does not expire and can be topped up any time; auto top-up, if you switch it on, refills the balance when it falls under a tenth of what you bought. If you remove the order within seven days, unused gigabytes are returned to your account balance. The same rules apply to the mobile pool at $10 per GB, with targeting by country, state or city.
Which to buy for which job
Accounts, profile browsers, a day of deal-site checks from one US metro, a phone tunnelled for a day, anything with video or volume: the carrier line, from $4 a day on 4G. An address that must stay identical for months, for example a tool that whitelists one IP or a long-lived session that must never move: an ISP order at $2.10 to $4 per IP a month, ten at a time. A quick look at a page from thirty countries, or a scraper that reads a few small pages from many places: residential data at $2 per GB. A wide sweep of carrier addresses across many regions with small requests: the mobile pool at $10 per GB.
A rule of thumb for price: the per-GB products are cheaper for a tiny day and dearer for a heavy one; the line is $4 whatever the day weighs; the ISP order is a fixed monthly cost per address that only makes sense if you need ten or more fixed addresses.
Where and how to buy
Everything is in the dashboard at buy.usa4gproxies.com under Buy Proxy, which shows three tiles: Mobile, Residential and ISP. Pay from your account balance, which you fund by card, PayPal, crypto, Zelle or wire. Orders appear on the My Proxies page beside any carrier lines you hold. The Telegram bot @usafourgproxies_bot sells the same products. Support for all of them is the same human team, around the clock, at [email protected].
Prices on one screen

ISP proxies: $4 per IP a month on the AT&T Native row, $2.40 per IP a month on the AT&T Fresh, Comcast Native, Frontier Native, RCN Fresh, DTAG Fresh and Orange Fresh rows, $2.10 per IP a month on T-Mobile Legacy, ten IPs minimum, so the smallest ISP order is $21 a month for a batch of ten T-Mobile Legacy addresses and $40 a month for a batch of ten AT&T Native addresses. Residential data: $2 per GB. Mobile pool: $10 per GB. Hourly line: $2 for two hours of 4G.
Affordable ISP proxies and residential data: common questions
What does an ISP proxy cost here?
From $2.10 per IP a month on the T-Mobile Legacy row to $4 per IP a month on AT&T Native, with most rows at $2.40, sold ten or more at a time.
Do ISP addresses change during the term?
No. A static ISP address stays the same for the whole one, three, six or twelve month term.
Where do ISP addresses geolocate?
US rows route through Virginia and read as Virginia. DTAG Fresh reads as the UK and Orange Fresh as France.
What does residential data cost and does it expire?
Residential proxy data is $2 per GB and never expires. Remove the order within seven days and unused gigabytes return to your balance.
Is the mobile pool the same as a 4G line?
No. The mobile pool is shared phones sold by the gigabyte at $10 per GB. The 4G line is one device, yours alone, with unlimited data at $4 a day.
Can I buy fewer than ten ISP addresses?
No. ISP orders start at ten IPs. If you need one fixed US address for a day or a week, a carrier line left unrotated is the closer fit.
Can I get my money back on an ISP order I no longer need?
Early removal of an ISP order is not refunded. Residential and mobile data removed within seven days returns unused gigabytes to your balance.
Where do I see what I bought?
On the My Proxies page in the dashboard, beside any carrier lines, and in the Telegram bot.
