USA 4G Proxies Privacy Policy

Last updated November 8, 2026. This page describes what we store when you use USA 4G Proxies, from the moment you open the website to long after a line expires. We have kept it short because what we collect is short: an account, payments, enough connection metadata to run and protect the service, and whatever you tell support. We do not inspect or store the content of what you send through a line. If a question is not answered here, write to [email protected].

Who is responsible

USA 4G Proxies operates the website usa4gproxies.com, the dashboard at buy.usa4gproxies.com, the mobile app and the Telegram bot @usafourgproxies_bot, and is the controller of the personal data described on this page. Contact for privacy matters is [email protected].

Your account

To open an account we need an email address and a password, which we store hashed. If you sign in through Telegram, we store your Telegram user ID and username. You may add a display name. We use these to run your account, send receipts and service notices, and answer support. We do not require a real name, postal address or phone number to buy a line.

Payments

Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal; we receive a confirmation, the last digits of a card and the payer's name as they report it, and never a full card number. Crypto payments are recorded as a blockchain transaction ID and the amount received. Zelle and wire payments are matched by the sender name and reference you give us. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is normally seven years.

Your line

To run a line we store which device and SIM are assigned to you, the term and its expiry, your proxy credentials, the public address currently on the line and a history of rotations and metro moves. For fair use and abuse protection we record, per line, the bytes moved per UTC day, connection timestamps and the IP address you connect from. We do not log the websites you visit through the line, and we do not read, scan or store the content of your traffic; TLS traffic is opaque to us in any case. Line records are kept for 90 days after the term ends, then deleted or anonymised.

Support conversations

Emails to [email protected], messages to the Telegram bot and chats in the dashboard are stored so that we can follow a case over time. Please do not send us passwords or card numbers in a message; we will never ask for them. Support history is kept for two years.

Website and cookies

The public website sets a session cookie and a cookie remembering your language. The dashboard sets a login cookie. We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool that records page views without identifying you and does not share data with ad networks. Our sign-up form uses a bot-protection service that sees your IP address and browser details when you submit it. We do not run advertising trackers.

Who else sees your data

Our payment providers see what they need to process a payment. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under contracts that restrict them to that. We disclose data to law enforcement only when required by a valid legal order of a competent US authority, and we tell you when the law allows. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Your choices and rights

You can see and change your account details in the dashboard, export your data by asking support, and ask us to delete your account; we will delete everything except what accounting law obliges us to keep. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, you also have the rights those laws give you, and you can exercise them by email. We answer within 30 days.

Changes

When this page changes, the date at the top changes and the dashboard shows a notice. Continuing to use a line after a change means you accept it.

Questions

Do you keep a record of the sites I visit through a line?

No. We keep bytes per day, connection timestamps and your connecting IP for fair use and abuse protection, and nothing about destinations or content.

Do I need to give my real name?

No. An email address is enough to open an account; payment providers may ask you for more on their own pages.

How long are logs kept after my line ends?

Line records for 90 days, support history for two years, payment records for as long as accounting law requires.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Ask support and we will remove everything except the payment records we are legally obliged to keep.
