USA 4G Proxies Terms of Service
Last updated November 8, 2026. Reading this page should take about five minutes, and we have tried to write it the way we write everything else: plainly, with the numbers up front. It is the agreement between you and USA 4G Proxies whenever you buy, renew or use a line through our website, our dashboard at buy.usa4gproxies.com, our mobile app or our Telegram bot. Paying for a line means you accept it. If anything here is unclear, ask us at [email protected] before you buy; we would rather answer a question than argue about it later.
The short version
You rent one cellular line at a time, for the hours, day, week or month you pay for. The line is a SIM in a device we own, used by you alone for that period. Data is unlimited with a published fair-use rule. You may use the line for lawful work on your own accounts and on public pages. You pay in advance; if a renewal is missed you get a day of grace, a day of suspension, and then the line returns to stock. Unused time comes back to you as credit, and the first 24 hours of a daily, weekly or monthly plan can be refunded in full. Delaware law governs. Everything below is the detail behind those sentences.
What a line is
A line is a single SIM card from AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon, installed in a single 4G or 5G USB modem, cellular router or Android phone that belongs to us, racked in one of our eight US metros: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Phoenix, Miami, Boston and North Carolina. When you buy a line, that device is assigned to you alone until your term ends. We do not pool lines, resell your line to anyone else during your term, or route another customer's traffic through it.
You reach the line with the credentials shown in the dashboard: an HTTP(S) port and a SOCKS5 port with a username and password, and a VLESS link if you prefer a tunnel. You may rotate the address as often as you like by dashboard, rotation link, API, timer or by hand. A rotated address is always on the same carrier in the same metro. You may move the line to another metro yourself, free, at any time; remaining time carries over. The public address the line shows is chosen by the carrier, not by us; we cannot promise a particular address, a particular city reading in geolocation databases, or a particular reputation score.
Terms you can buy
Hourly: $2 covers the first two hours of a 4G line and each further hour is $2; 5G is $3 for the first two hours and $3 an hour after, up to four hours per purchase. Hourly lines never renew automatically and, once started, are not refundable. If you keep an hourly line running for the whole day, the hours already paid count toward the one-day plan.
Daily, weekly and monthly: 4G at $4, $26 and $61; 5G at $5, $29 and $67. The term starts when payment clears and the credentials are issued, and runs for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days from that moment. The 5G+ add-on, available on 5G daily, weekly, monthly and three-month plans at $2, $5, $15 and $45, places the line on selected 5G hardware that averages 70 Mbps and more on download; it is an average, never a guarantee, and it is not available on hourly lines. Speeds on every line depend on the carrier, the tower and the hour: 4G is rated at up to 25 Mbps download and 5G at up to 50 Mbps, and neither is promised.
Paying and renewing
All plans are paid in advance in US dollars by card, PayPal, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT including TRC-20, Ethereum), Zelle or bank wire. Card and PayPal payments activate the line within seconds; crypto, Zelle and wire activate when funds are confirmed. Auto-renewal is off by default; if you switch it on, we charge the same term at the then-current price shortly before expiry. Prices may change between terms; the price you paid for a running term does not change during it.
If a payment is late
If a renewal is due and unpaid, the line keeps running for 24 hours so that you can pay. If it is still unpaid after that, the credentials stop working for a further 24 hours while the device and SIM are held for you; paying during this window restores the same line. At 48 hours after the due time the line is forfeited and returns to stock. We never pursue a debt for an unpaid renewal; losing the line is the only consequence.
Unlimited data and fair use
Every plan has unlimited data. To keep the network fair for everyone on it, we count heavy days. A heavy day is any UTC calendar day in which a line moves 60 GB or more. Heavy days are counted in total across the plan period, however they fall. The first six heavy days are only logged. On the seventh, we warn you in the dashboard, by email, in chat and through the bot. From the eighth heavy day the line is slowed to 20 Mbps until a UTC day passes without reaching 60 GB; a later heavy day slows it again straight away. From the tenth heavy day the line is held at 18 Mbps for the rest of the plan period. A new plan period starts the count again.
What you may do, and what you may not
You may use the line for any lawful purpose on accounts that belong to you or that you are authorised to operate, and for reading pages that are open to the public. You may use profile browsers, tunnels, scripts and automation on your own accounts.
You may not use the line to break the law of the United States or of the place you are in; to attack, overload or probe systems you do not own; to send unsolicited bulk messages; to commit fraud, including payment fraud, abuse of special offers, and creating accounts in other people's names; to access content you are not entitled to; to distribute malware; or to harass anyone. You may not resell or share your line with third parties. We may suspend a line immediately where we see such use, and such a suspension is not refunded.
Our promises, and their limits
We promise to keep the device and SIM assigned to you for your term, to provide human support around the clock by email and Telegram, and to credit you for downtime that is our fault, worked out as a share of the term lost. We do not control the carriers, the towers or the websites you visit, so we do not promise a particular speed, a particular address or city reading, uninterrupted carrier service, or that any website or platform will accept your traffic. Platform bans, carrier outages and third-party decisions are outside our control and are not refunded.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms or from a line is limited to the amount you paid us for the term in which the issue arose. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or lost accounts.
Refunds in brief
Unused time is refunded as a prorated credit to your account balance: the price divided by the term length, multiplied by the whole units left. Within the first 24 hours of a daily, weekly or monthly plan you can instead ask for a full refund to the original payment method. An auto-renewal you did not mean to make is refunded if you tell us within 24 hours and the renewed time is unused. Downtime we caused is credited. Hourly plans once started, platform bans and carrier outages are not refunded. The refund policy page has worked examples.
Your account
You must give a working email address and keep your login private. You are responsible for everything done through your lines, whether by you or by someone using your credentials. Tell us at once if you think your account or a line's credentials have been exposed; we will rotate them. You must be at least 18 or the age of majority where you live.
Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by letting a term expire or by asking support to end it early, in which case the prorated credit rule applies. We can end it, with the same credit, if we stop offering a product or close a metro. We can end it without credit where you have breached the rules above. Your balance can be spent on other lines or, if you close the account, paid out to the original method where our payment providers allow.
Changes, law and how to reach us
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced in the dashboard before they apply. The terms and any dispute under them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions and notices go to [email protected] or to our Telegram bot @usafourgproxies_bot.
Questions
When does my day start?
At the moment payment clears and the credentials appear, and it runs for exactly 24 hours from then. The expiry time is shown next to the line.
What counts as a heavy day, and what happens?
60 GB or more in one UTC day. The first six are logged, the seventh brings a warning, the eighth slows the line to 20 Mbps until a clean UTC day passes, and the tenth holds it at 18 Mbps for the rest of the plan period.
Does anything renew by itself?
Only if you switch auto-renew on. Hourly lines never do. A renewal you did not want is refunded within 24 hours if the time is unused.
Can I share my $4 line with a friend?
No. Each line is assigned to one customer. Sharing or reselling it is against these terms; a second line is $4.
