USA 4G Proxies Refund Policy
Last updated November 8, 2026. Our lines start at $4 a day and we want the refund rules to be as simple as the price. There are two of them. In the first 24 hours of a daily, weekly or monthly plan you can have your money back in full. After that, the time you have not used comes back to you as a prorated credit on your account balance. Below are the details, the exceptions, worked examples, and how to ask.
Rule one: the first 24 hours
If you bought a daily, weekly or monthly plan and within 24 hours of activation it is not what you needed, write to [email protected] or the Telegram bot and ask for a full refund. We return the full amount to the payment method you used. Card and PayPal refunds appear in a few business days depending on your bank; crypto is returned to the sending address; Zelle and wire refunds are sent manually within a few business days. The line is closed when the refund is issued.
Rule two: prorated credit after that
After the first 24 hours, if you end a plan early we credit your account balance for the unused part. The formula is the plan price divided by the number of units in the term, multiplied by the number of whole units left. A weekly plan is seven daily units; a monthly plan is thirty. Partial units are not credited. The credit can be spent on any line, term or add-on in the dashboard, and it does not expire.
Worked examples
A 4G weekly line at $26 ended with four whole days remaining returns four sevenths of $26 to your balance. A 5G monthly line at $67 ended with twenty whole days remaining returns twenty thirtieths of $67. A 4G day pass at $4 ended after six hours is within the first 24 hours, so it is a full refund to your payment method on request rather than a credit. A 5G+ add-on bought for a month and ended with the line is credited on the same per-day basis.
Downtime we caused
If a line is unusable because of something on our side, such as a device fault, a rack outage or a mistake we made, we credit the share of the term that was lost, measured in whole hours on daily plans and whole days on weekly and monthly plans, to your balance. Tell support when it happens so we can confirm the window. Carrier-side outages and tower problems are not something we control and are handled by moving the line to another metro, free, with the time preserved.
Renewals you did not intend
Auto-renew is off unless you switch it on. If it renews a line you were finished with, tell us within 24 hours of the renewal and, provided the renewed time has not been used, we refund it to the payment method in full.
What we do not refund
Hourly lines once they have started, because the hours are consumed as they run. Time lost to a ban, block or restriction imposed by a website or platform, which is their decision and outside our control. Time lost to a carrier outage, which we handle with a free metro move. Lines suspended for breaching the terms of service. Add-ons on an hourly line, which do not exist.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or message @usafourgproxies_bot while signed in, and name the line and what you want: a full refund within the first 24 hours, or an early end with credit after that. We confirm the amount before acting. Most requests are handled within a few hours; refunds to a payment method then take as long as the provider takes.
Questions
I bought a $4 day pass an hour ago and it is not for me. What now?
Ask for a full refund; you are within the first 24 hours. The $4 goes back to your payment method.
Is a credit the same as a refund?
A credit stays on your balance to spend on any line or add-on and does not expire. A refund goes back to your payment method and is available in the first 24 hours of a plan or for unwanted renewals.
A site blocked my address. Do I get my money back?
No. Platform decisions are outside our control. Rotate for a new address, or move the line to another metro for free.
The carrier had an outage in my metro. What do you do?
Move the line to another metro at no cost, with your time preserved. Carrier outages themselves are not refunded.
